I couldn't believe my ears when I heard his first CD, and became hooked for life. The magic, though, is not the technical skills, or the ability to produce such a rich, soothing timbre, but the expression of emotion. That's what made Caruso such a phenomenon, in my opinion, and what makes Josh (especially live) so compelling. He has the complete vocal package that mere mortals like me could never have: the voice, technical expertise, musicality, and expression!
